1995 vintage. Decanted and tasted after two hours. Used a Durand and cork in really good shape. Mix of chunky and powdery sed. Light-medium body. Shed nearly the entirety of the cloaked and oaked juice. Earth. Dust. Minerals. A harmonious leanness to the entire adventure. Can easily hold in this place for a half-decade. 5.24.24. — a month ago

In a nice place at shade under 10 years. Popped and poured and was surprisingly ready to go, though 30 mins in the glass helped for sure. Nice mouthfeel and density. Tannins are there but very well integrated. Good dark berry fruit and some pepper on the long finish. Delicious with steak and a pork chop at The Grill. — 3 months ago
#fourpack #dinnerclub opens up nicely; pairs well with aged sharp cheddar and best friends — 2 months ago
Really impressive on opening. Tastes like a Pinot noir should. Cherries, rose, a bit of fern like hiking in CA redwood grove, there’s some strawberry, some dust, plum skin. Interestingly the aftertaste, maybe 20 seconds later suddenly has a sweetness to it that I really enjoy. Drinking really well now on opening. Grateful to try this. — 11 days ago
