Green apple, brioche, honey, great aromas, very good champagne — a month ago
My first exposure to this producer was an absolute pleasure! Enticing floral notes foreshadowed crisp Asian apple and minerality on the mid and back palette. This wine was a perfect complement to oysters, scallops and mild white fish prepared for the table and enjoyed by all. — 3 months ago

Decanted separately two bottles for Christmas lunch
Took time to open and second showed benefit of longer time to open with notes of wood with earth, cassis, black cherry and a hint of earthy floor. Showed excellent performance and flavours that also possessed benefit of cellaring and results in tremendous length and finish.
Top notch and likely will develop further — 2 months ago
