Drank on 4/1/25 in BKK Italian restaurant. Brought by James Goh. Very drinkable, fragrant, long finishes, easy to drink Burgundy wine — 4 days ago
Drinking very well right now (2024). Critical said to drink up but I found it still having strong fruit balancing the dirt. Reminded me of some lovely aged Bordeaux I've had in the past. I'd enjoy now or over the next few years if you're lucky enough to have any bottles. Cheers! — a month ago
Medium lemon colour . Quite rich with lemon rind , honied notes , buttered popcorn and orange flowers. On the palate much more strict and linear , with ripe apricot , lemon rind , orange , lovely intensity and balanced acidity . After a while more mineral and linear , intense acidity . This is drinking well with time in the glass , but will continue to improve over the next 5 years or so and continue well a further 5 . — 11 days ago
Depth and concentration, this bottle is an ode to south saint joseph wines, with great balance and complexity. To achieve a better grade I need more finesse, but the vintages is also like that — 22 days ago
The last time I had this was at The French Laundry trying to convince someone to support a nonprofit I love. The subsequent gift was generous but, somehow, underwhelming. This wine is like that. A great vintage, a great vineyard, in great hands, but it had so much more potential. I’m not whining about a 97-point wine; I’m lucky to enjoy it. But it could’ve been even more. — a month ago
Lots of berry jam, oak and spice. Will be fabulous with a tomahawk for NYE! — 7 days ago

Gonon always succeeds in creating stunning Syrah’s from his granite soils. Wine is amazingly alive and totally in balance. — 4 days ago
