We thought this would give the Comtes a run for its money, it did not. Same year and we were all disappointed. Was it the year? The bottle? Something else? Something muffled the incredible flavor profile of this champagne - trying it again 2 hours later it was better, but still a far cry from the Comtes. We’ll have to try that again soon to determine whether we just had an off bottle — 2 months ago

Delicate and delicious — 8 months ago
A deep purple Malbec with juicy tannins. Aromas of fresh fruits and herbs laced with spice. Would do well if aged longer, however, I enjoyed it. — 4 years ago
Blend of 50% Malbec, 24% Merlot, 11% Syrah, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot, deep Ruby color with aromas of ripe berry fruits floral and spicy herbs. On the palate flavors of blackberry and plum fruit with spicy herb, cacao and toasty oak. Fine soft tannins, well balanced, good acidity, medium+ finish, almost creamy, ending with fruit and oak. Nice value! — 25 days ago

Beautiful northern IT style red, light body — 9 months ago
Deep Ruby color, purple hues, aromas of red and black fruits with herb and cigar spice. On the palate flavors of black cherry and blackberry with vanilla, cacao and tobacco. Fine round tannins, medium+ length ending with fruit, tobacco and mineral spice. Good now! — 10 months ago
1 hour decant(some fine/cloudy sediment). A striking still dark purplish magenta color. On the nose: Intoxicating notes of stewed dark fruit, floral, potting soil, cinnamon, mint, coffee grounds. Taste: silky, balanced, savory, creamy, juicy wine with dried blackberry, currants, dark chocolate, earth, mocha, crushed stone, and a peppery graphite long finish. YUM! Somewhere in its peaked drinking window so drink em if you got em. Unfortunately, my last bottle. — a month ago

Really, great malbec at its peak — 4 months ago

Just bought at Costco Santa Cruz $99.99 listed 40 to 50 $ more at other sites. WS # 6 for 2025 I’m sorry can’t give a real rating too early to drink. Will come back in 5 to 10 years. Have watched some YouTube tasters and they 🥰 — 9 months ago

This is a serious wine - understated, tannic, alot going on. Agree w other reviewers that this vintage may be a bit young to crack open - didn't feel fully integrated yet. — 21 days ago
