Just a terrific wine and site. Enormously complex nose of crushed, dried, candied lemons and just a huge waft of such precise and clean minerality. Wet soil. Wet rocks. Lemon of the gods. Palate is just stunning. So elegant and mineral like nothing else. Sweet desiccated candied lemons on the palate all wrapped in silk. Terrific purity and intensity and such lovely powdered minerals in the finish and then a blast of the unique role and swee lemon character. It finishes, rocky, savory and mineral. So long. Epic structure and length. A masterpiece that will only get better with air. Unreal mouthfeel and texture. Just stunning. On days 2 and 3 this went from strength to strength. Stunning balance, purity and mouthfeel and astonishing length. Maybe a 9.9. — 4 months ago
Nose is is all juuuuust ripe citrusy, pulverized rocks, rock dust, lime blossom and saline, airy minerals. Palate is bracing with classic 21 Nahe acids and awesome juuuuuust ripe citrus fruit and lime zest. Nose gets confectionary with air and some appealing underarm funk. Super dry and mineral palate. Like just so severe but I love it. With air now smarties on the nose and juicy apricot on the palate and some lovely blood orange. — 7 months ago

Love these simple dry German / Austrian wines. Pairs well with everything in my mind, and cheap as hell in Germany. Not as cheap here but cheap enough to remind me the bargain they are overseas. Weisswein schorle forever. Oh yeah, stone fruit notes, maybe a bit peppery, but dry, so up my alley for a daily wine. — 3 months ago
well balanced, the welschriesling gives it an amazing green apple crisp & the gruner humbles it with white pepper notes to make the overall taste to be less comparable to a cidre — 7 months ago

Clean and crisp. Eureka lemon. Hint of Kerosene. Lemon Oil. Excellent minerality and pose. Hint green apple. Touch herbs on the back palate. Young. Drink now or don’t touch for a decade. If you have the patience. Obviously i don’t it’s just too good. — 3 months ago
