We first had this in Amboise, France. I did find a bottle in the US. Opened it today and makes me remember why we loved it so much. Juicy and red fruits. Still has some structure as a 9 year old wine. Very nice acidity. Lots of raspberry and cassis notes. We enjoyed it on our patio! — 3 months ago

This wine will give the run for the money (around $20-ish), taste a fell absolute Lucius, a beautiful concept guided by legendary Michel Roland from a single vineyard at the valley de Uco, Argentina. A complex blend dominated by half (50%) Malbec, 24% Merlot, 11% Syrah, 7% cab sauv, 3% Petit Verdot, and 5% Cab Franc. Tanning are solid, inky and waxy texture with a long finish. Quite nice - fruity but not too jammy. Not sure I would have paid $45 for it though — 8 months ago
