Medium copper salmon colour . Slightly waxy dried orange , spiced wild strawberry , touch of resin , sea salt . On the palate this has more fruit , with touches of orange , spiced dried strawberry , roasted nuts, saline seaside hints , balanced acidity and elegant , refined personality. Intense and long , this is probably showing better and more complete than the 2011 I had a few weeks ago . Just starting to get going , but still with a long life ahead. Pale salmon in color.

Light nose of citrus, strawberries, earth, light herbs and minerals.

Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity and small bubbles.

Dry on the palate with raspberries, light cherries, limes, green apples, light grapefruits, minerals and herbs.

Long finish with limes and light almonds.

This is a delicious Rosé Champagne. Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel.

This 16 year old is showing nice complexity at this point. Feels still young and very fresh. Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years.

I've had this vintage a few times before, and it is very consistent.

A delicious Champagne that’s perfect for sipping on its own. Will also pair nicely with fresh seafood.

I really liked this wine when tasted at the winery in May 2024. Now it seems closed - the exuberant fruit i remembered is gone (tried 2 bottles to be sure). These recent samples (Dec. 27th) did drink more like reds and lacked the usual „man what is this“ wow effect of E&M. Faint hint of strawberry, elegant and pure. Opens up after 4 hours. — a month ago
