Quite light salmon pink , fine constant bubbles . Quite floral , rose , hibiscus , light strawberry , red currant and raspberry . On the palate this is balanced and elegant , strawberry , red currant , quite rounded with a touch of toasty brioche on the finish . Good slightly grippy acidity , medium length finish . Drink now and over the next couple of years. — 2 months ago
One of my favorites from Provence, mineral but a juicy note with peach and strawberry, crisp and light — 2 months ago
One of the nicest rosés we’ve had. — 14 days ago
Yes it is a Rosé but i stand by my points/rating. Brought from Münchweier in my suitcase to the US. It was a gift. Very hard to find - the winery in Baden/Germany - really - forget - your maps! Right next to the woods of the black forest. Dark for a Rosé and age worthy. Excellent always but especially this vintage. Rhubarb, Strawberries, Quince, Peach (underripe), pomegranate, bitter orange. Tannins from the skins. Who knows were Florian found these old vine Pinot Grapes. Together with Mark Enfields Rosé the best in the world right now and I assume long sold out! — 3 months ago
The 2024 Ameztoi “Rubentis” carries a subtle, almost rose gold hue in the glass. The nose contains bright red berry notes, but it’s on the palate where this wine absolutely shines.
The blend of hondarrabi zuri and hondarrabi beltza are at the heart of the wine, but its real beauty stems from the method to its marriage.
Both grapes are hand-picked, but then placed in hoppers from where they are de-stemmed together, then pressed together, then allowed to naturally ferment together. Towards the end of the process the tanks are closed to preserve the naturally occurring carbonation.
As is traditional/preferred method in Getaria, the tanks themselves are kept near freezing to solidify the blend’s effervescent character.
The result is a robust-yet-effervescent rose whose roots date back to the late 1800’s.
The craft used to make this very wine made rose popular in the Baque region of Spain LONG before rose became so popular around the world. — 20 days ago
The platonic ideal of rose water and fruit. — a month ago
Had the 2024 in August of 2025. What a really neat little wine. Light pink color. Some strawberry, peach and orange blossom on the nose. Delicate little wine. Some strawberry, honey and a light floral character on the tongue. Short finish but very tasty. Would drink this one again. — 3 months ago
"Odedi"
Light orange in color.
Light nose and medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with nice complexity.
Showing raspberries, strawberries, currants, lemons, peaches, spices, sea salt and light earth.
Tangy finish with grapefruits and limes.
This is a young Rosé from Bandol. Spicy and fruit forward. Elegant with a soft mouthfeel.
Nicely balanced and already showing nice complexity.
Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 to 15 years.
Good right out of the bottle and good by itself as a sipping wine.
A blend of 70% Mourvedre and 30% Cinsault from 45 year old vines.
13.5% alcohol by volume.
90 points.
