Excellent medium bodied dry red. Had with lasagna and paired spectacularly. — 12 days ago
+1 hour decant(lots of sediment). A gorgeous dark purplish magenta color. On the nose: very aeromatic nose of dark cherry, black olives, tobacco, toasty oak, eucalyptus, roasted meat, milk chocolate. Taste: deep, rich, silky, creamy wine with dark plum, bitter coffee grounds, earth, licorice, new leather, graphite, dried herbs, pepper, and a medium plus finish. YUM! — a month ago
Tasted blind . Medium deep , garnet core , garnet rim . Quite sweet spiced nose , slightly deeper cherry , riper slightly less fresh . Black tea . On the palate this is deeper and richer , more extracted in style . Darker cherry , blackberry , quite high acidity but slightly drying tannins . This is quite intense and with lots of presence, reasonably long , dry spice , dried dark cherry finish . Really quite young . Needs more time , better in 3-5 years and will last well a further 5-10 — a day ago
This was nice with Bolognese.
Excellent integration & evolution. Fine tannins, some dark blackberries, dark sour cherries, blood orange w/ rind, soft spices, sandstone mineral dust, dark withering flowers, good acidity and a smooth, elegant finish that lasts a full minute.
This was in a good spot and will hold another 5-7 years, but believe its ascenion is complete. — 16 days ago
Magnum! Leather, tart cherry, blackberry, cedar. Chalky tannins with bright acidity. What a treat! — 22 days ago

1 hour decant(decent fine/chunky sediment). A splendid ruby red color. On the nose: perfumed intoxicating notes of stewed red fruit, forest floor, worn leather, tobacco, smoked meat, a little funky. Taste: soft, fresh, silky, chalky, mature savory wine with dark plum, baking spice, earth, herbs, leather, and a gamey mineral intense finish. YUM! should hold a few more years...drink em if you got em. — 5 days ago
