Really lovely Lirac, Grenache and Syrah show mostly, the proprietor (Rodolphe des Pins) (in my opinion!!) dragged his feet too long in joining the Lirac appellation, but his wines have LONG been undervalued and are fantastic at their pricepoint, I personally have more bottles of this, which I expect to age well!! — 7 days ago
Honeyed medium yellow to the sight, true to its age. White floral and lemony vibrant notes dance on my nose. A touch reductive on the initial sip, the palate opens up with time to showcase classic mineralite and a vibrant fruit core with notes of citrus and to a lesser extent, stone fruits. Lovely weight with great mouth caressing viscosity and silkiness. Definitely in a good drinking window with no sign of fading and evolving in the glass over a lovely 2 hour Cantonese cuisine dinner. Absolutely spot on! — 8 days ago
Might be the best St Joseph I’ve ever had to date! — 9 days ago
Really nice now, but restrained. In 4-5yr this is going knock your socks off. — a month ago
Outstanding still after 13 years. Terrific Rhone profile with complexity and freshness still. — 24 days ago

This is an excellent Cremant. An explosion of red berries on the tongue, lots of bubbles. Very much like champagne, finishes dry and clean. Great price for such an outstanding sparkling wine — a day ago
