White wine spritzers at the Pesky Pelican with Amy — 3 months ago
Some slight shock and awe after tasting this 27 year old Zin, one of the first made by Ehren Jordan at Turley. Translucent, ochre colored with a big nose of creamy dark berries and vanilla. Surprisingly light on its feet while being super-rich on the palate (and carrying 17% abv). Almost a port-like finish. Few signs of age other than the slight tint and concentration. In a perfect drinking window. Mature dry Riesling that is fully resolved. — 2 months ago

Delicious blueberry pie, savory, leather, olive, black fruits, plenty dry. Could’ve popped the cork 5 years ago but 10 years has done this very well. Perfect wine with a steak and great representation of an American Cab not from Napa. — a month ago
