Each sip tickles the palate echoing its perfumed nose, and yet maintains an impressive level of couth complexity, revealing evermore as it sashays towards the back of my throat. This is a sexxxy wine. A sophisticated wine. Acidity, minerality and tannin come together in a waxy state of bliss.
