Excellent! It took very little time to breathe which was unexpected for a 2011. We will be buying more of this if we can find it. — a month ago
Nose: elegant. Hint of tropicality.
Palate: clean. Awesome. Long. — 3 months ago
Outdoor tasting season is upon us on the east coast and I couldn’t be happier. Nose of lemon and lime zest plus lime fruit. Subtle notes of oak and iodine. Really compelling minerality and purity. Such a great vintage at Chavy. Palate is so energetic and full of lime, lemon and barely ripe green apple skins. So juicy and clean. Unreal purity and length. Excellent. So tangy with loads of bitter but and barely sweet citrus. — 2 months ago

This is a nice, smooth red with notes of earth and cherry. — a month ago
2020. I believe this is my first Romorantin based wine, so I read through the tasting notes here and was excited to try it. Rich orchard fruit, good acid, and definitely get the oxidized sherry-like notes some mentioned. Paired with snacks while watching the Masters. Not quite their Pimento Cheese Sandwich, but my goat cheese stuffed roasted red peppers and black olives went great with the wine! — 2 months ago

Medium light lemon yellow . Quite cool , citrus focused on the nose , touches of white flowers and chalk dust . Fills out well on the palate with nice lemon , white peach notes , oyster shell good balanced acidity, without any excess weight. Ok length , just a hint of toastiness on the finish. Drinking well now and over the next 5 years . — a month ago
