Light gold color. Aromas of white flowers (intense), lemon and wet slate. Flavors of lemon/lime, minerals and a touch of white pepper. A lovely and pleasant touch of funk on the long and mouth watering finish. Gripping acidity. Just a touch of sweetness (expected more). Adult lemonade! A real crowd pleaser.
