Clos Saron 2018 Home Vineyard
No decanter or nothing for this one I’m just raw dogging it the way it was meant to be.
The nose is so much cherry very bold with a touch of earthiness. I could live in this glass forever just smelling it and be happy.
The palate is powerful and grips like crazy. It has an acidity to it that’s lasts forever. More cherry with cranberry and it has this nice juiciness to it that makes your mouth water after each sip and the finish seems to go on forever. I think I want to marry this wine.
After the wine had been open for a while it developed a black licorice note on the nose and I just can’t get enough of this one. — 10 months ago

Crisp and refreshing low ABV (11.5%) foothills Mourvèdre, redfruits, excellent acidity, great hot summer day (100 degrees), medium-long finish, probably even better slightly chilled. — 2 months ago
