Crisp aroma of yellow apple, pear, & petroleum. Soft, almost buttery notes of lemon zest, yellow apple, pear, honeysuckle, & residual sugar. Crisp, yet sweet. Delicious wine. Had this next to the regular Boxler Pinot Gris, and both are phenomenal. This one leans a bit sweeter though. — 6 months ago

Delicious. Musky, ripe, and stony on the nose. A bit more on the dry side than many Gewurzes these days, and all the better for it. Pillowy texture and a lot of fruit initially, but then turns a bit minerally on the finish. Soft acids, but enough when joined with the slight bitter note on the back half of the finish.
