Tart cherry, hibiscus, spring foliage. Sediment has fallen out nicely. Some rose coming on. Almost brilliant but lots of va. A little bit acetic. — 4 years ago
@Jae Cho definitely. As far as flaws that can be interesting in moderation I’m fine with some VA but in this case it’s overkill. Other bottles I’ve had of the same wine haven’t been the same.
