Favourite Mexican wine so far :) — 6 years ago
Bright, salty, mineral notes, has some body. The reviewers noting an oiliness are spot on. Floral, plenty of baked yellow fruit (pear, golden apple). — 2 months ago
We tried this in like 2019 and we were blown away! We bought something like 4 more bottles and drank them over the years. Each time, there was more happening. And this time, there’s a whole new depth.
Lots of acid and the early dryness quickly moves into a tangy apricot flavour. There’s some green apple and even hazelnut at the end and a long mouth feel.
Don’t sleep on well made Timorasso. — 6 months ago
Very much enjoyed but something held it back from loving. I think it lacked a little richness to be really a top notch wine. That being said had a mild sweetness and bite and will definitely get again. — 5 years ago
Alessandro Starita
The vineyards are treated in the perfect climate. The grapes are harvested by hand after careful selection of the bunches. The must, obtained by soft pressing, lends itself to a gentle maceration on the skins and undergoes a light fining in the bottle before being released for sale. It produces a strong, intense ruby color with violet reflections. It releases aromas of blackberry and cherry, tobacco, chocolate, spices, and vetiver, harmonious and persistent. Great expressiveness and completeness.
This wine is a tribute to this successful combination of craftsmanship and technology, an authentic expression of experimentation. — 5 days ago
