I've had a few vintages of this Second Growth Sauternes, and this 2014 is beautiful. Not as rich as the 2019 vintage, but just as gorgeous.
Will continue to age nicely in the next 25 years.

Dry on the palate with black currants, plums, cooked cherries, spices, oak, chocolates, light licorice, barnyard, mushrooms, earth, tobacco leaf, herbs, light forest floor, black tea and peppercorn.
Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries.
This is a gorgeous Pinot Noir from Cote d'Or in Burgundy. Still rich, with plenty of fruits. Elegant and nicely balanced. Complex and interesting.
This 17 year old Pinot Noir is peaking now, and will continue to drink nicely in the next 5 years.
Good right out of the bottle, and better after 30 minutes of airtime.
Delicious by itself as a sipping wine.

This is a gorgeous Syrah from Sonoma County. Rich and fruit forward. Smooth and powerful, yet elegant.
This 13 year old Single Vineyard Syrah is drinking very much like a Napa Merlot, which is so interesting.
Beautiful right out of the bottle, and so much better after 30 minutes of airtime. The high alcohol is nicely integrated by now, so watch out.

This is a delicious 11 year old White blend from Israel. Well balanced, elegant and rich. Complex and entertaining, tangy and interesting.
Still feels fresh and youthful. I had a few vintages of this wine before, and decided to wait for a few years. I could have waited even longer.
Such an interesting wine. Smells like a Chardonnay /Viognier blend, and on the palate the Sauvignon Blanc is more dominant. The mouthfeel reminds me of a white Burgundy.
Good right out of the bottle, and better when not too cold. Good by itself as a sipping wine or with food.
A blend of 40% Viognier with Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Dabuki. Aged in used French oak barrels for 10 months.

Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries.
This is a delicious 14 year old GSM blend from Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Rich, but not extracted. Elegant with lots of chocolate notes. Well balanced with nice complexity.
Impressively fresh and youthful for its age, with good structure and balance. The high alcohol is well integrated by now.
I've had a few vintages of this wine and it is very consistent.
Drinking at its peak, and will continue to drink nicely in the next 5 to 7 years.
A gorgeous wine to drink by itself or with food.
A blend of 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 20% Mourvedre. Grapes from very old vines are aged in new French oak barrels for 14 months.

I had the 2019 vintage 4 years ago and it is drinking so much better now. Drinking at its peak, and will continue to drink nicely in the next few years.

Long spicy finish with limes and grapefruits.
This 14 year old Rosé Champagne is drinking beautifully already, and will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years. Elegant, spicy and rich. Fruity and nicely balanced, complex and engaging.

Good right out of the bottle, and good by itself or with food. I paired it with pasta and Ragu sauce.

This 17 year old Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley is still drinking beautifully. Rich and engaging. Elegant, soft and fruit forward. Beautifully balanced with a nice mouthfeel.
Needed 90 minutes in the bottle to open up properly and show great complexity, with good structure.
This gorgeous Cabernet is still drinking at its peak, but will not get better from this point on. Will continue to drink nicely in the next 7 years.
A great sipping wine that will pair nicely with a big piece of steak too.
A blend of 91% Cabernet Sauvignon and 9% Merlot. Aged in all new French oak barrels for 22 months.
