Vintage 2015 - Bonnes Blanches is the 'lieu dit' where the vines grow. 50 years old. Grown on 'schist'. Way too young now but very promising. #anjou #cheninblanc — 7 years ago
Vintage 2016 / #cheninblanc has a lot of faces. This #Anjou is attractive because of its juiciness with shy honey impression. I paired it with spaghetti vongole. Not the first combination to think of - but hey... Anjou Blanc is a wine that’s lovely to combine with all kind of food. — 7 years ago

Vintage 2010 #anjou Villages Brissac nicely developed wine with power and expression of a stable, good effort #cabernetfranc — 7 years ago
A version 4 years younger that is pure fruit, delicate as the 2001 but maybe less developed, less complex. Nothing wrong with that, though 😸. Apparently the winemaker, Monsieur Papin, is called "the poet of Chenin Blanc" by the revered Andrew Jefford and if he said so my only aim is to look for more Papins to corroborate through a field research. Excellent! #cheninblanc #loire #botrytis #sweetwine #noblerot #anjou #saumur #beaulieu — 8 years ago

Vintage 2015 / vieilles vignes vines from #cheninblanc on schist. Amazing smell. Pear, apricot, tropical fruit. And green spices: coriander, hint of parsley. Also an impression of honey. Good acidity. Well balanced. Good effort of Agnès and René Mosse. From #anjou but #vindefrance. Partnered it with red gurnard and a tomatosauce, then with cheeses. — 6 years ago
