Sourced from a vineyard at 1,100 metres in Paraje Altamira, deep Ruby with aromas of black fruits, herb, leather and spice. On the palate flavors of black cherry and blackberries with citrus, leather and spice, fine tannins, well balanced long finish ending with an earthy mineral and tobacco spice character. Nice! — 6 months ago
Big & bold not alot of tanin — 18 days ago
Deep , opaque violet ruby , with a thin violet rim . Quite dense and closed at first , deep plum , blackberry , meaty , chocolate , dark cherry , with a stony , granite note . On the palate this is dense dark blackberry , earthy plum , liquorice and cacau destes dark cherry . High tannin, really quite firm and gritty , fresh acidity and just balanced alcohol. Good gritty herbal and granite stained finish . This is very young and quite concentrated in style , lots of tannin to round out , but there is lots of stuffing here too . Come back in 5-10 years perhaps and will last well a further 5-10. — 5 months ago
native yeast, unfined/unfiltered, whole cluster. nose- unripe apricot, stone fruits…something like banana peel? medium acid, dried orange peel. really enjoy. — 10 months ago
A beautiful, tannic expression of Malbec. We had it with lamb chops and enjoyed it immensely. — a month ago
Dry, mild with great fruit . Cherry, smoke. Better with every sip!

Perfect ripeness with no excess sweetness: it’s completely dry, full-bodied, and layered with blackberry, plum, cocoa, and a touch of tobacco. The tannins are silky but firm, so it stands up beautifully to rich dishes and holiday flavors. — 11 days ago
