Wish I could decant this. Oak on the nose, but it hints at the fruit and tobacco/chocolate you're about to taste. Palate has noticeable but not assertive tannins and blends really nicely with the aforementioned flavors. Paired well with dinner but this feels like a pre-dinner sipper. A reasonable value at an elite hotel. Very fine all around — a month ago
Very nice Rosè! Crisp refreshing , strawberries, watermelon, cantaloupe, cherry, flint, long seaspray finish, fantastic QPR!
Somehow, it reminds me of the old Nesbitt's strawberry soda! Thanks @John Howard — 3 months ago
Called St Joe Syrah. Fig and plum smoke, beautiful balance. Took this home. — 7 months ago

I love this cuvee. I was worried that 09 was too forward of a vintage for this wine, but that was silly. On the nose: vanilla cream, sweet lemon chiffon, airy wet stone...fantastically lifted aromatically. On the palate, lovely acidty, baked apple, lemon custard, caramel, soft mousse, a touch of oxidative copper, and a very clean, finish. Absolutely lovely champagne. — 6 years ago

x I am not sure if this is proper identification. Pretty yummy 😋 white citrus, floral, long mineral finish, medium bodied, very quaffable! — 3 days ago
