Blend of Bical (80%) and Arinto (20%). Aromas of fresh pears, white flowers and thyme. The palate fills with flavors of unripe peach, apricot, lemon and minerals. The label would normally be off putting to me, but I’m always interested in a female vintner, especially when she is the daughter of a famous Portuguese maker.
