Had it with vongole pasta -- it was really fresh and bubbly. Excellent easy drinking. Not too sweet.
Good with light seafood and, likely, with shrimp/pork light preparations (vietnamese summer rolls, wonton soups, etc ...).

Absolutely stunning. This is in perfect balance, great acidity, flowery ( white flowers), stone fruit, mineral and a terrific long burn. Nothing dominates but everything is incredibly smooth. This is the best Riesling I ever tasted. Only 4 bottles left and to be cellared for many more years. — 6 months ago
