This was incredible! Pale ruby, brick accents to the color. Aromas of cherry, blackberry and oak. Tannins balanced perfectly! Black cherry, spiced oak and black tea on the palate.

Popped and poured from a half bottle; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The “Oeil de Perdrix” is made in the saignée method and pours a pale copper/pink color with a persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of strawberry, raspberry, pink pepper, lemon, and chalky minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+. A lovely expression of a Blanc de Noir Rosé from Bouzy. Disgorged April of 2023. — 7 months ago
Beautiful Bordeaux, smooth — 3 months ago
Close to pop and pour. Not juicy, but lots of red fruit — strawberry, raspberry, cherry (the pits). Also plum. Some leather. Minerals and clay. A little violet. Dried rose petals. Still has some grip — plum-skin-like. Acidity balances it all very nicely. Really good. 92. — 4 months ago
I can’t get over this wine! The first word that comes to mind is luscious!! Ripe peaches and pear, smoke, pineapple, chamomile, tree bark and limestone. I need a case and now I can’t find it - should’ve bought more!!! — 8 months ago

Deep rich pink color. Aroma is a bit soft but its also chilled. Getting subtle floral notes and hints of cranberry, blackberry, and currant. Light lime citrus zest. Flavor is a strong tannic push up front then fading to the same aromatic fruitiness with a balanced acidity to cleanse the palate. Would recommend this one. — 19 days ago
