had to decant for ~45 to let some of that highly sought after jura egg fart blow off—it was gnarly. after some air, this was insane. had a touch of bruised apple/toffee that i expect from southern white burgs. that being said, the acid here was wild. lightning rod energy kept the more decadent notes in perfect balance. salty lemon curd? killer length. will be dreaming about this one. if more jura drank like this i wouldn't talk so much shit about jura. — a day ago
