Champagne method and blend - 49% Chardonnay, 31% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier. Lifted aromas of almond cake, biscotti, and sea shell. More non fruit than fruit with a almond kringle feel the palate. Lemon zest to finish. Soft and round with loads of acid. Well done. — 3 years ago

British, 60 Chard/40 Pinot Noir, aged in used Burgundian barrels. Plenty of floral aromatics, more fruit than brioche, & a very seductive palate of ripe yellow fruit like marigold apple & textured. Very good in a riper yet restrained enough style. Sells for about 50 quid, as my mum would say, but found on sale for 30$. — 4 months ago
