Suprisingly energetic and lengthy, even though it was obviously aged. Poured out with a bright, medium gold shade. On the nose, it had notes of honey, lemon custard, peach, green apple, smoke, ginger, and hints of chamomile and petrol. The palate was textured and voluminous, with a surprising amount of acidity. The finish was herbaceous and honeyed, with some stoney elements. A very decent experience. — 6 months ago
vibrant snappy green Grüner. excellent complement to fish taco @ Quintonil. — a year ago
Powerful aromas, ripe black fruits. Light and fruity in the palate with a surprise smokiness. Some of the natural wine comes through on the nose and palate, but not overpowering. Very drinkable! Perfect pairing with our Christmas Eve Austrian Dinner! — 2 months ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. No formal notes. This is my first experience with the Champagnes of Legras & Haas and I found this quite easy to enjoy. In this instance, it played the role of aperitif and it did very well. It was light on its toes and shoes nice balance of fruit, acid and minerals. Base vintage is 2017…which might have something to do with it coming across a touch lean? Looking forward to trying again. Drink now. Disgorged April of 2022. — 5 days ago
