All of the grapes from the vineyards owned by the Latour family are vinified and aged in the cuverie of Château Corton Grancey in Aloxe-Corton. The winery was the first purpose-built cuverie in France and remains the oldest still-functioning. Medium pale lemon color with aromas of stone fruits with a slight nutty floral character. On the palate flavors of peach and melon with lemon citrus and savory notes. Medium+ finish, lively acidity, ending with fruit, toasty oak and minerality. Nice! — a month ago
Big flavour journey, fruity with a long finish — 6 days ago
From mag. Bright and zesty with vivid lemon fruit and a touch of sweetness. Great acid. Fresh and delicious — 24 days ago
Bright ruby color. Aromas of black cherry, black currant and wet soil. The palate is full of black fruit, kirsch, black licorice and baking spices. Note of earthy dried mushrooms on the finish. Medium bodied and well balanced acidity. No sign of oak aging. Solid. Thanks for opening this one, Keith S! — a month ago
Deep ruby centre , slightly wider ruby rim . Bit more herbaceous and medicinal nose , spicier dark fruits , touch tobacco , dried spice , smoky touch. Slight lighter focused fruit , spiced red plum , dark cherry. On the palate quite round and juicy , sweeter palate , smoky red plum , blueberry , dark cherry jam. Balanced acidity and slightly gritty but ripe , sweet tannins . Medium length . This is quite a contrast to the first two , the style of fruit is sweeter and lighter, and with time in the glass , more red cherry , strawberry notes appear. The finish is slightly sweeter and less harmonious than the first two , it is also very young so this might come with more time. Better in 5-10 years and will last well a further 5-10. — a month ago

You know you are drinking $400 plus a bottle Grand Cru Burgundy with the first sip. Is it worth it? If you have the money sure but, think you can find very good and near same quality for less money.
Another gorgeous 22. I know someone who has been going to Burgundy as a professional for 40 years that compared the 22 vintage to 59 and that is a huge statement that has the potential in time to prove itself out.
It is magic with the first sip. Perfect ripe and round. It is lush; Granny Smith apples, lime flesh w/ zest, lemon meringue, pineapple, green melon and white stone fruits. Honeysuckle, caramel, white cream froth, sea fossils & spray, beautiful chalky powder, limestone powder, biscuit, just a hint of mint leaf, field of spring flowers, yellow lilies framed in jasmine, perfect rainfall acidity and a round, elegant, lush, well balanced, well knitted finish that lasts minutes and fall on powdery mineral & white spice. — 13 days ago
