Great taste, can feel the liquor, nice for a cold day — 18 days ago
Considered white Burgundy or Etna Bianco.
Called Canary Islands. Salty and reductive.
Lots of acid. Should’ve considered Willamette as this reminds me of Morgen Long wines. Good vintage for most of the west coast. — 8 days ago
Very well balanced semi-dry. Has the zesty, moderate acidity of a dry Riesling to show off minerally and lime zest notes. Finishes sweet without being cloying. — 10 days ago
After opening a bottle, and allowing it to air, I spotted my review from October 2023 while sipping and reading other reviews. Holding this one for another year and a half shows that it does indeed improve with age. Not as good on day two tho. If you open it, drink it! — 24 days ago
Dry lemon. Some acid. Hint of lemon. Liked this a lot.

2023 vintage. Curious as to how Grand Cru Bâtard-Montrachet (starts in the $400's a btl) tastes, this is an excellent place to start. This effort clocks in at under $100 a btl. 04.23.25. — 5 days ago
