No notes, I popped that bottle to celebrate my daughter's 12th birthday. We grilled an entire chicken on an open fire to celebrate, here in the Polish mountains, half a dozen miles away from the slovakian border.
I really like this bubbly. Brioche and fresh pastry notes on the nose, ripe apple notes, lemon juice. The palate is rich, broad, showing apple juice and lemony notes and that french pastry mouthfeel, almost buttery. There is some tang and acid drive in the rear giving it great balance. The finish is long and fresh. Only bit of criticism, I could do with more delicate bubbles. This is a great celebratory bubbly, really. Kudos ! — 2 days ago

In the perfect place. Nose is all red cherries, some dark cherries, minerals and earth. So pretty and aromatic. Palate is ripe and juicy with knockout purity and freshness. So sappy and tannins are ripe but lithe and elegant. Just gorgeous. — 4 months ago

Palate: elegantly rich. But rich. Butter. Saline. Terrific. Silky. A hint of sweet lemon. Really beautiful.

Blackcurrant and leather notes. Very savoury on the palate - a little disappointing to be honest. See previous Delectable note. I haven’t had a lot of experience with Cornas and was looking forward to this because of its stellar reputation. I have a reasonable collection of Clape Cornas in my cellar which are not ready to drink yet. To be honest this was a bit underwhelming compared to many stellar Shiraz we are lucky enough to have in Australia. Hopefully the Clape, the Rostaing and the Jamet with time in my cellar will be impressive. — 2 months ago

Nose of over ripened apples, citrus, light red fruits, spices, minerals, yeast and brioche.

Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity and small bubbles.

Dry on the palate with strawberries, sweet raspberries, cherries, citrus, apples, yeast, light earth, brioche, spices, minerals sea salt and herbs.

Long finish with apples and herbs.

This is a delicious Champagne. Elegant and rich. Fruit forward and easy drinking. Complex and interesting.

100% Pinot Noir grapes.

12% alcohol by volume.

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. No formal notes. The 2020 Laurent Tribut is a distinctive and strikingly delicious Chablis on a night of many other examples from the region.
