Medium plum-toned ruby in color, with aromas of strawberry, tart red cherry, banana, raspberry, and cranberry. Dry with medium-plus acidity and a medium body. Bright, balanced, and refreshing.

We had this a few days ago and I misplaced my notes. Citrus mineral and intensity I recall. Probably committing infanticide drinking this now but there were good reasons to. Firstly our son and wife plus our daughter home for Christmas from New York and secondly my retirement after 53 years at McDonald Group. — 9 days ago

Light nose and medium in body with medium plus acidity.

Nicely balanced with a soft mouthfeel. Crisp and refreshing.
Lots of oak and vanilla notes show up after 45 minutes of airtime.
Easy drinking and good by itself or with food. Better when properly chilled.

Opened about 30 minutes prior to dinner but no decant. Served slightly chilled. The 2016 “Blanche” pours a deep straw color with medium viscosity. Developing with notes of ripe stone fruit, tropical fruit, nutmeg, white pepper, minerals and cotton candy. On the palate, the wine is dry with lower acid. Confirming the notes from the nose, the finish is medium+. This is a wine of impeccable texture to match the king crab legs with dinner. Drink now through 2031. — 5 hours ago
Great base-level CdR from the negociant side of Chave. Floral and high toned fruit on the nose, red fruit and a bit of pepper on the finish. Some good typical spice. Decent finish. Slightly high alcohol. Probably has some upside with aging. — 3 days ago

This 18 year old Rosé Champagne is absolutely fantastic. Drinking very fresh right now, elegant and rich.
Showing nice complexity with a nice mouthfeel. Well balanced and very entertaining.
Needed 30 minutes to open up and show its complexity, but good right out of the bottle too.
