Really fun wine ! — 5 years ago
Clear, deep garnet colour. Clean, pronounced fruits. Dry, high acidity and tannins beautifully balanced. Full bodied with a long finish. Pronounced fruit flavours with a hint of vanilla. Exceptional wine. — 6 years ago

Very bright and dissonant, like a good Mann should be. — 7 months ago
Best Gewurz that I ever drank. — a year ago
I love trying Pinot Noirs from Alsace. Talk about a quest for the Holy Grail. Nose is a bit muted, but shows tangy red berry fruit, mulled spices, vanilla, and warm, moist gravelly scents. In the mouth it’s concentrated but not heavy, with very clingy flavors ranging from dark cherry to savory and pleasantly-roasted root vegetable notes. Tangy acids. Very subtle and unique, and it goes well with the artichoke/bacon quiche tonight. — 4 years ago
Wonderful wine from a favorite producer. Always a delight. — 5 years ago

Brief impressionistic notes from memory: fairly ripe and soft for a Sylvaner. Not quite totally dry. Lotta character. — 13 days ago
