Most delicious of the lineup. It really clicked for me, makes me understand how low toast oak can jive with a restrained, pristine sauv blanc character that’s the house signature. Enough air coaxes out apple and a hint of ginger, but it’s that equilibrium between fruit, oak, lees and structure that strikes the match — 3 months ago
Pale lemon color with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and flinty floral earthy notes this morning, vineyards held by Lafond and Ladoucette families since 1787, purchased from daughter of Louis XV. On the palate flavors of crisp apple and lemon citrus with notes of white flowers and garden spice. Medium+ finish, vivid acidity ending with citrus and mineral spice. Nice! — 3 months ago
Lovely peachy, lush, and juicy tasting white. With some floral on the nose. — a month ago
2010 amazing. Second time I taste this, and this bottle is even better! — 2 months ago
Light golden in color.
Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity.
Dry on the palate with nice complexity and mouthfeel.
Showing limes, green apples, grapefruits, bitter herbs, spices, light earth, minerals and black pepper.
Spicy finish with bitter almonds.
This is a delicious Sauvignon Blanc From the Loire Valley in France. Rich and elegant. Much more buttery than I expected it to be.
Still young and needs at least 5 years in the bottle to mature properly. I had the 2014 not too long ago, and it was even better.
Good right out of the bottle, and better with airtime. Good by itself or with food.
13.5% alcohol by volume.
92 points.

Vintage unknown, 2021 entered below. Our first Loire S b. Loved it. Couldn’t detect any “fume”. Will try a Sancerre next to compare. At WA Frost w W & friends. — 2 months ago
All about texture. Viscous and luscious, very shy in the nose but pristine in the harmony between tight yet ripe herbal character, minerality and nutty bitterness. Long finish. Needs time to develop intensity — 3 months ago
Last bottle of the ‘20, all of which have been superb. Nose shows a range of fruit, ranging from apple to gooseberry to even tropical notes. But none too cloyingly ripe. There’s also a classic, intense gun-flinty minerality that is so perfect. Intense and soft in the mouth, with fruit and minerality in equipoise, and nice but unobtrusive acids propelling a very long and minerally finish. Upper echelon Pouilly-Fume. — 3 months ago

A very casual Sauvignon Blanc from the very upper and eastern side of the Loire River in France. A more flinty and brighter acidity to its neighbor Sancerre (across the river to the west).
Some Quincy notes and taste as well. The citrusy is not over the top. Easy to drink! — 11 days ago
