2014. Baked apple, baking spice, caramel, subtle toast, tiny bit of an oxidation (nuts), nice acid. — 6 months ago
This is a zesty, fruit-forward Bordeaux Blanc that doesn’t hold back. Sauv Blanc 87% provides bright lemon in color with green reflections, it opens with tropical and citrusy aromatics, think pineapple, and a streak of wet stone minerality. And the 13% of Sémillon pushes the apricot and grapefruit notes as well.
On the palate, it’s juicy and textured, with a nice interplay between freshness and roundness that makes it feel both vibrant and satisfying.
It’s a natural match for grilled flaky fish or shellfish, and would be just as welcome alongside a light salad or as a sunny aperitif. A cheerful, energetic white that brings both lift and length to the table. Cheers! — 19 days ago

So smooth with pear, apricot, oak, lemon, and soft white florals. Good acidity but not sharp, it holds up well to food but is complex enough to enjoy on its own. — 3 months ago
Very dry & peppery at first, then the fruit comes through. 80% Merlot, 12% Cab Franc, 8% Cab Sauv — 6 months ago

1983 drunk in mid 2025. Showing age but still delicious. Honey and date flavors and aromas with a fair bit of acidity. Quite delicious. — 10 days ago
