This is drinking really nice right now. Great mature fruit. Drink while it's at peak. Very nice upside surprise on a regional (vs vineyard) designated wine. Prost! — a month ago
2021 is too young but I’m drinking it, and it’s delicious. — a month ago
Tons of red and dark fruit. Mainly cherries and a bit of raspberry and spice. — 3 months ago
13.0% ABV Dark purple color. Nice oak . Very good wine. Paired w/ beef bourguignon. — 13 hours ago
My last bottle of 2015 Applejack Pinot Noir. Sweet red fruits - lacked the complexity I was expecting at 10 years of age. The following night more savoury, earthy, mushroom like notes making the wine more complex and delicious. My early notes years ago, showing overt whole bunch influence have integrated into the overall wine. — a month ago
Crisp, light bodied but flavorful, not try, sweet. Notes of leeche, orange. — 2 days ago
2020 vintage. A fave CA chard and producer. Medium-medium heavy body. Tasting slightly more tropical and advanced with less acidity than usual. Still absolutely delicious tho. Would like to retaste and reevaluate in 5-6 months tho. Based on 30 vintages of tasting this particular wine, betting it reconciles any tawdry, fleeting concerns that occupy my compromised palate and right quick. 01.22.25. — a month ago
