It’s very good and when you look at value sensational. — 14 days ago
Great wine, probably past its prime time, but still aromatic, well balanced with lime notes. — a month ago
Cherry red. Black Fruity matured. Good concentration. Black pepper is not much. Fermented flavor.

Deep, dark Ruby red color with a fruit forward nose, lots of ripe berries with oaky notes. Jammy big and bold blackberry flavors with some spice, cacao, cedar and leather notes with nice mouthfeel. Big fine tannins with berry fruit carried over to the finish with oak and sweet spice. — 4 months ago
Soooo delicious, this was given to me as a baby shower present from my coworker. Drank with Matt on 8/16/2026 — 13 days ago
Lovely with Pat’s grilled salmon. Last of the bottles purchased from Amazon Fresh before closing. — 7 days ago
Even in an average vintage like 2007 the Bin 28 can still be showing well at 19 years of age. Blackberry and Penfolds Choc mocha. Some herb garden and liquorice. Will not improve but could carry on for a couple more years. — 2 months ago
This is always a solid Sauvignon Blanc, drank last night with Matt — 2 months ago
Wow. I liked this more than most. Hard alkaline open. Citrus. Dry. Then a little juicy fruit on the way out. — 3 months ago
Unmistakably Central Otago to my palate. Red plums and raspberries. 20% of the grapes were whole bunch. Also aged in 27% new oak. I must mention Neil Martin’s famous Quote, “ Whenever there is a tasting designed to challenge the supremacy of Burgundy, it is usually Felton Road that is ushered into the ring”. Very much on allocation these days and can be difficult to source. — 4 months ago
Delicious — fresh strawberry, hints of tropical fruit, mineral, honeysuckle, good acid and subtle white floral notes. Beautifully balanced. Paired well with smoked turkey burgers. — 13 days ago
Lemon, grass and a lot of acidity — a day ago
Absolutely stunning. — a month ago
An explosion of apricot flavor. Round and smooth, heavy weight, with sufficient but not overt acidity. A beautiful sweet wine. — 2 months ago
Wine 1500 🙈 ; opened for World Cup starting 2026 Mexico and South Africa; The cork popped off…; but still managed to get the fine juice out 😉; Vintage 2006, just like the „Summer Fairy Tale“ of the World Cup in Germany; and the wine leaves you wanting more „mehr Lust“, beautifully aged, fine fruit 😋 Wishing everyone a wonderful and peaceful World Cup — 3 months ago
had with hayden, i loved it he thought it was too sour — 5 months ago

Dead… was my first impression.
So I put the remaining 2/3 of the bottle in the fridge.
On day two this showed more balance and depth. Dark fruit notes and grilled meat as well. Alas, the brown notes of cola, raisins and dates were still present. Although this must have been a suboptimal bottle, I finished the remainder with pleasure! — 8 days ago
