Táganan Vinos Atlánticos Red Blend 2017

Macerated cherry, spice, cigar box, Mediterranean herbs, all come alive in this exceptional field blend of native varieties on Tenerife’s volcanic soils: Táganan, named for the area, from Spanish superstars Envínate. Intensely perfumed, it’s a stunning, elegant red with tremendous clarity and precision, clean and bright with great structure. The finish is long, with saturated sour cherry and a kiss of vanilla. Immaculate stuff, memorable. Decanting essential.

Migan Vinos Atlánticos Listan Negro

Stinky! Barnyard and Romano cheese with a red fruit undertone. Bright and lean on the palate. Paired well with the August courses at Canlis. — 10 months ago

Valderiz Ribera Del Duero 2020

Such a great Ribera del duero and a good example of the region. Plum, fig, and generous earthy spice like coffee, licorice, and herbs. Brawny and rustic, with good concentration and absolutely awesome with Latin food. — 4 months ago
