The 2022 is just so epic. Gorgeous and provocative nose of ripe cherries, damson berries and a you can almost smell the treacly texture. Raspberry and cherry flower as well. Just amazing fruit captured on the nose. Truly wow. Palate is gorgeous, textured and deep with terrific acidity and freshness and a dramatic opulence to it as well. Just stunning and so juicy. This is just as perfect for what it is as one can get. As it airs the structure becomes more substantial and my god the tiny berry fruit intensity is remarkable. Gorgeous wine. The finish now is stunning mineral and fleshy red cherries. Almost 9.6. Picks up insane finesse now with air. What a wine! — 2 days ago

A beautiful example of a Pfalz Riesling - elegant, rounded, very Burgundian.
White peach and lemon peel, a whiff of white flowers and just a slight hint of wood.
On the palate this is impeccably balanced, with zingy acidity balanced with ripe peachy fruit. All that on a bed of rocky minerality with a very long, fine, salty fresh finish. This has nice depth and brilliant drinkability. Great stuff, even from the trickier 22 vintage.

This is a gorgeous, vivacious Kabinett with a core of juicy orange & lime acidity to balance the quite sweet but tangy flavours of peach, nectarine, apple pie and marmalade. It has good balance and pleases through the finish, and should continue to age with grace. — 2 months ago
