Tasted this on my recent trip to France and again tonight. Baby Côte-Rôtie nose of violets, high-toned florals and blackberry. Soft, juicy and creamy on the palate, with bright ripe tannins, beautiful texture and absurdly pure fruit. A one-note wine, but what a fucking note. Astonishing value. — 8 days ago

Boys weekend in Detroit.
A very lifted expression of burgundy. So much focus and separation on the mid palate. Waxy lemons define the texture on the palate, which then combine with white fruits. Superb length on the finish. Moderate acidity and delicate sweetness bring home a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Really nice overall, but definitely lost quite a bit from night 1 to 2. Pretty refined but with great earth and body. Has a bit of a rounded crunchy fruit quality in a nice way. Nice pairing with chicken thighs with feta and olives but was probably a better pairing a few years ago. Still nice and always appreciate bize. — 4 months ago

Blend of 70% Grenache, 17% Mourvèdre, 10% Syrah & 3% Cinsault, deep Ruby color with aromas of berry fruits, oak and floral spice. On the palate flavors of black cherry and blackberry with oak, herb spice and floral notes. Wine was complex and elegant with fine smooth tannins, long fruit and spicy finish.
