Rustic but refined. Served with homemade pasta and roasted tomato sauce. Exceptional! — 3 years ago
Marenco ‘Pineto’ Brachetto D’Acqui DOCG 2015: Light. Bright. Sweet. Delicious fruity flavors: Raspberry. Strawberry jam. Cherry soda. Paired perfectly with homemade crescentina fritta (grazie nonna!), soft cheeses, salumi & nutella! Happy Holidays to all! Cheers🍷🎄 — 4 years ago
Really nice wine to enjoy with friends on a birthday. Went well with the homemade chocolate Grenache cake which was fantastic. Plenty of tannins which Improve with aeration. — 4 months ago
Smells like a forest of wonderfully dirty cherries covered in earth. Nice pipe tobacco and some sweet chocolate. This ‘10 is fresh a Tuscan Daisy, nice balance of acidity/tannin, and great company for herb rubbed flank steak with homemade black olive aioli. There’s some spice around the edges and a long finish to contemplate. Nicely put together. From a 375ml.

Lots of plummy flavours with a bit of a cool mountain air finish. Think black truffles. Went very well with a homemade red sauce. — 4 years ago

Really nice! 2019 was a great year, and this was just right with a couple of homemade pizzas. It picked up the spices in the pepperoni and its acidity cut through the richness of the sausage. The fruit was delicious and the cigar-leather on the finish was a lovely foil that made you want another sip as much as another bite of pizza. Yum! — 7 days ago
