Great stuff. Mixes mineral pedigree of iron and blood with a lifted, red, fresh profile. Both contemplative and drinkable — 3 months ago
Way too young but it will develop into something quite remarkable! Bit darker than your average red Burgundy, wild strawberries, cherry, black raspberries, black tea, liquorice and spices. Highly concentrated and delicious. — a month ago
Was so surprised at this one! Got it for a friend who loves Cab but is going to the Loire Valley and I wanted to show her a good expression of the reds from that region. Was delicious - easy to drink on its own or with food. Already bought a second bottle! $22. — 3 months ago

Opens with an odd vegetal note but smooths out into a satisfying, well structured Gigondas. Mom up for a visit — 2 months ago
Last bottle of a summer dinner- no decant. 2nd tasting of this vintage & much more expressive than the first. Throws Brett a decent amount & imagine some might prefer a substantial decant, though I like the funkiness. Fine toothed &a lovely grainy, slightly chewy texture & rather elegant; cassis, black currant, smoked beef jerky, & black cherry on palate & nose. Not complex at this stage but who needs it given the enjoyment factor. Post meal ( or probably blended into the end) of grilled BBQ chicken, French lentilsw labneh, & local tomato salad. There goes summer… — 4 months ago

There are two kinds of st Joseph. This is one of the good ones. Long finish. Complex. Quite serious. — 18 days ago
