Beautifully balanced with pronounced red fruit and distinct tannic structure. Only purple, red color with a nice acidity to complement red meat. A great wine now that can easily cellar for many years. — 21 days ago
Graphite and black fruit nose med body dense with flavors evolving after 1 hour decant. Great balance — 4 months ago
Great vintage for the La La’s. But it’s not ready. The nose is stunning, captivatingly aromatic after a few hours in the decanter, layered with Northern Rhône classicism of blackberry, camphor and bacon fat. The palate is massively concentrated but oaky and stiff. Needs more time to integrate but all the pieces are there! — 14 days ago
Second bottle of the opening game of the season. Really helped with the Washington loss. Great tasting Syrah. Very drinkable #httr #losingrecord — a month ago
Great showing for this wine. This had a perfumed nose of dark cherry, berry, cassis with olives, mineral, lavender, under brush, spice box & violets, — 19 days ago
Another great btl — 12 days ago
Another great btl from this vintage showing dark fruits, iron, black olive, pepper, smoked meat, glycerin, dried herbs, spice & violets. This will age effortlessly the next 20 years. — a month ago
