Heron Lake Vineyard Chardonnay 2020

Quite Chablis like. Just 600 bottles made. Not super complex. More on the subtle side. Lemon and touch herbs 🌿. 12.8%. One of the the producers which are on the burgh side of the spectrum. — a month ago

Central Coast Pinot Noir 2021

Worth $13. Wonderful pinot, very enjoyable, not overly dry, not overly jammy or sweet. Jen got this bottle from CCSM womens event. — 4 months ago

Champoux Vineyard Red Bordeaux Blend 2018

Wine smelled good right out of the bottle but had a bit of astringency on first taste. That went away with some air and decanting. This wine really showed well over a 2 hour dinner. Good fruit without being fruity or jammy and that made it easy to drink. — 2 months ago

Wedding Cuvée Sparkling Blend 2019

SPARKLING LUNCH

Pale salmon in color.

Light red fruits on the nose with apples, apricots, strawberries, minerals, yeast, brioche and spices.

Medium bodied with medium plus acidity.

Dry on the palate with raspberries, strawberries, citrus, lemons, apples, yeast, spices, bread, minerals and light sea salt.

This is a delicious Rosé Sparkling wine from Russian River Valley. Nicely balanced and elegant.

Delicate and reserved. Fruity, crisp and easy drinking. Feels like a Rosé Champagne.
