How is this a Nebbiolo? So translucent and light — and delicious — 2 months ago
Surprisingly good. Found at Harbor Market. Just enough, but not too much tannins. Very drinkable. Haul out the olive oil and Italian rustca bread and enjoy yourself. — 2 months ago
Not a ton I could discern from nose on this one, lots of red fruit and maybe some blackberry, somewhat dry and leathery finish with a bit of earthiness, lovely with some Ibérico Abanico, potatoes and grilled asparagus…a great gift from @Pooneet K — 3 months ago
Sipping Fine Wine
Terre di San Leonardo is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (50%), Merlot (40%), and Carmenere (10%), run by the Gonzaga family since its inception in 1724. Wine is fermented with ambient yeasts in concrete tanks and 20% is aged in French oak barrels. Ruby with aromas ripe red fruits and floral notes. On the palate flavors of rich plum and blackberry with herb, light spice and slight earthy notes. Medium+ finish, fine soft tannins, ending with fruit, floral and earthy mineral character. Tremendous value! — 5 days ago
