Superb with San Danielle prosciutto and spaghetti puttanesca. #ramaz — 5 months ago
Ruby coloration with some transparency. On the nose, cherry, balsamic, vanilla, leather, crushed rock and earth. On the palate, medium to full body, cherry, currants, anise, espresso bean, leather, balsamic, vanilla and chocolate; a nicely layered palate with a medium to long finish. Tannins are still quite present but balanced. — 4 years ago
After a 30 minute decant/aeration, the energetic and tightly knit 2015 Palazzo Reserva displays an attractive redberry/garnet appearance. Unfortunately, it is aromatically subdued, with flavors also reflecting that restrained stance.
Overall, it is medium/full, firmly structured with a good balance of tangy acidity and spicy tannins at the long finish. It may come around with more time in the decanter … or more time on the shelf for the additional bottle that I possess.

2022 vintage. Very nice, especially for the price. A little too bitter for H, but I quite liked it. Best within first few hours of opening — 2 months ago
