All Pinot Grigio from Friuli are amazing. — 4 months ago
Cherry, oak, smoke, and a touch of pepper. I’d have never guessed it was Pinot noir on a blind test but it’s fruity with the tannins and boldness of a Cabernet Sauvignon. — 5 months ago
Exquisite.
Nose : intense early season cherries. Lilacs. So expansive. So dense. Elegant cherry lipstick. Wow!
Palate: perfect early season cherries. Mineral. Amazing internal aromatics. Utterly delicious.
A triumph.
Pour 2 sip pours and knock this back in 30 minutes. That’s how it rolls now.

One of the best village wines in the biz, and 2021 is already drinking beautifully, quite different than the richer 19 and 20’s, but soft, pure and seductively elegant with amazing transparency and detail, and a liquid velvet texture. Last sips were the best. Love these wines! — a month ago
Very pretty and on the delicate side. Packaging nails the tasting notes with cucumber, green tea, and melon rind, though I also get the banana that many tasters mention. From a small brewery, and a prefecture known for its pristine water sources. Pair with Kumamoto oysters or scallop sashimi. Environmentally sustainable, energy efficient brewery. Alcohol stands out to me at 15.5%. — 5 months ago

Found this simple yet apt note online: Pure, incredibly densely concentrated with crystalline fruit, and silky, satin-like tannins. This is wonderfully long, and, although a mere village wine, carries the calibre of its domaine on full display. — a month ago
