Nice Prosecco, balanced not too over top โ 23 days ago
Intense white with a wide profile ranging from intense orchard fruits through nuttiness ending in a minty mineral finish. Good acidity as well. Time brought some more complexity but this one van go on for several more years. โ a month ago
Very dense and black in colour. These wines always remind me of Fruit and Nut milk chocolate. The colour makes you think full bodied but itโs actually light to medium bodied. A luscious mouth filling palate with the savoury milk chocolate together with notes of raisin and date. Supple yet persistent tannins. Reminiscent of a Priorat Garnacha in some respects. โ 13 days ago
Bolder than expected. Dry and slightly acidic, with tobacco, plum, and cherry notes. Will get again. โ 24 days ago
Another wine I bought from Garagiste but then was shocked when it came in that it was 15.5%. So I waited to have it with a very rich Italian braised chuck roast, and hoped that the body and alcohol would cut through the richness of the food. Bingo! It was an inspired pairing. The nose is complex, with macerated plum, leather, humus, baking spice, violets. In the mouth the alcohol is prominent, but the flavors are relatively intense and not jammy. This really needs a rich braised meat dish to not seem jarringly out of balance. Iโll give it a 9.1, but with that caveat. โ 13 days ago
Nice easy and smooth. Not sharp in the back of your throat. Liked. Mom liked โ a month ago

Nice Super Tuscan Cabernet Sauvignon blend waiting for a nice juicy American steak that I did not have. I likely would have rated this higher with the right food pairing. Smooth tannins and quite powerful fruit. โ 14 days ago
