Muted nose. Honey, apricot, and butter. Buttery, fully coating the palate. Heavy finish. — a month ago
I read an article recently where the author felt that this 1er cru probably deserved to be a Grand Cru. Whilst this was very good I think it is right at Premier Cru. Initial notes were salinity amongst the apple, citrus flavours and a touch of beeswax. The following night tasted more “new World “. This was very enjoyable but needs to develop more complexity. I will leave my remaining bottle for a couple of years. — 3 months ago
This one, on the other hand, did smack me in the face with a surprising streak of lean almost metallic minerals cutting through. — 23 days ago

Lots of cherry and current on the nose. Smooth, slightly earthy in the mouth. Very smooth in the finish too. Nice Texas find! — 10 days ago
Delicious. Great with tuna pepper steak. — 2 days ago
Damn this was so mineraly, flinty, and savory to me! Like licking a rock. Very impressive but also a little brash at this point, would probably be incredible with some more time — a month ago

Delicious! A proper Nebbiolo with power and grace. Definitely needed some air time to open up, at least a half hour but better after an hour. — 4 days ago
