Aromas of dark fruit, herbs.
Dry. Flavors of black fruit, chalk, peppercorn, lavender, smoke, dried herbs, licorice,. Rich, chewy tannins. Tasty, but will improve by waiting another 5 to 10 years (and more!).

Aromas of dark berry fruit, graphite and dusty earth. Flavors of blackberry, black cherry, ripe plums, kirsch, black licorice and iron. Full bodied, long finish and intensely structured. 1 hour decant(decent fine/chunky sediment). A splendid ruby red color. On the nose: perfumed intoxicating notes of stewed red fruit, forest floor, worn leather, tobacco, smoked meat, a little funky. Taste: soft, fresh, silky, chalky, mature savory wine with dark plum, baking spice, earth, herbs, leather, and a gamey mineral intense finish. Tasted blind . Medium deep , garnet core , garnet rim . Quite sweet spiced nose , slightly deeper cherry , riper slightly less fresh . Black tea . On the palate this is deeper and richer , more extracted in style . Darker cherry , blackberry , quite high acidity but slightly drying tannins . This is quite intense and with lots of presence, reasonably long , dry spice , dried dark cherry finish . Really quite young . Needs more time , better in 3-5 years and will last well a further 5-10 — 17 days ago
