Delicious perfect white burgundy at hibernia — a month ago
Great base-level CdR from the negociant side of Chave. Floral and high toned fruit on the nose, red fruit and a bit of pepper on the finish. Some good typical spice. Decent finish. Slightly high alcohol. Probably has some upside with aging. — 4 days ago

This 2022 is next level. Have had several Rhône whites recently and this is a standard bearer. So focused. About editing and restraint with subtle hints of this and that without hitting you over the with anything. Dominated by Rousanne which explains its elegance and subtlety. Has a honeyed fresh slightly poached apricot and apple combo with whiffs of baking spices. Great Lacey quartz structure. Beguiling.. perfect with scallops, acorn squash and rice pilaf — 2 months ago
Depth and concentration, this bottle is an ode to south saint joseph wines, with great balance and complexity. To achieve a better grade I need more finesse, but the vintages is also like that — 18 days ago
Wanted a little more from this. — 13 days ago

Opened about 30 minutes prior to dinner but no decant. Served slightly chilled. The 2016 “Blanche” pours a deep straw color with medium viscosity. Developing with notes of ripe stone fruit, tropical fruit, nutmeg, white pepper, minerals and cotton candy. On the palate, the wine is dry with lower acid. Confirming the notes from the nose, the finish is medium+. This is a wine of impeccable texture to match the king crab legs with dinner. Drink now through 2031. — 21 hours ago
